1st Interview
If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to 1st interview. We will send you a full job description and company brochure prior to your interview. First interviews will usually take approximately one hour and be held at the site where the vacancy exists.
2nd Interview
If short-listed further, you may be invited for 2nd interview. This will include spending time with the team where the vacancy exists, in order for you to obtain a sense of the day-to-day working environment and to meet potential colleagues. There may also be a written exercise to complete as part of the selection criteria.
